Luk Chee Fu Lion and Dragon Dance Arts Foundation

The Luk Chee Fu Lion and Dragon Dance Arts Foundation (“The Foundation”) was established in 2015 by the descendants of Master Luk Chee Fu, who was internationally reknowned martial arts expert and dedicated philanthropist. Master Luk Chee Fu dedicated a lifetime to the ancient art form of Lion and Dragon Dance, helping those in need and serving the community. As early as 1939, Master Luk set up the “Aid Society” during the Japanese Invasion of Hong Kong offering gratis medical services to those in need during difficult times, benefiting all walks throughout the community.

The Foundation has been set up to continue Master Luk’s legacy in helping those in the community particularly youths to enjoy and learn the art of Lion and Dragon Dance: to maximize each one’s potential; promote the art of Lion and Dragon Dance; nurture aspiring talent through highly skilled instructors from Master Luk’s House of Martial Arts. In doing so, youths can be groomed to become outstanding sportspersons, develop skills to become strong independent individuals in the future.
